Welcome to the terms and conditions (“Terms”) for the fullbeauty Shopper’s Club. These Terms are between you and FULLBEAUTY Brands, Inc. and its affiliates (“fullbeauty”, “Us”, “We”, or “Site”). These Terms govern our respective rights and obligations.
Please note that your use of our Site and participation in the fullbeauty Shopper’s Club membership are also governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for our Site. By agreeing to enroll in the fullbeauty Shopper’s Club you accept these Terms and all others incorporated by reference. From time to time, fullbeauty may choose, at its sole discretion, to change or suspend entirely these Terms and the membership benefits, fees, limitations, and eligibility requirements contained therein. Please read carefully and review these Terms periodically for updates.
When you sign up for the fullbeauty Shopper’s Club, your membership will automatically renew after one full calendar year and each subsequent year thereafter. This means that at the end of the membership period, we will automatically charge you for the next membership period to guarantee uninterrupted benefits.
UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO AUTO RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR FULLBEAUTY Shopper’s CLUB MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING ANY CREDIT CARD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.

  • $2.99 shipping per order. fullbeauty Shopper’s Club members are entitled to a standard flat shipping fee of $2.99 per order on all eligible purchases.
  • Free Returns. fullbeauty Shopper’s Club members also get free returns on all eligible purchases.
  • First time members will receive two $10 coupons. This offer is only valid for new members, not those renewing their memberships.
fullbeauty does not guarantee delivery of products within the estimated transit or delivery time.

Additional charges may apply for the following items:

  • Items regulated as hazardous materials
  • Orders requesting expedited shipping
  • Orders requiring special handling fees
In some instances a special product fee, order fee, handling fees, and/or taxes may apply to eligible purchases. If only some items in your order are eligible for fullbeauty Shopper’s Club, you will be charged applicable shipping charges for the ineligible items. Changing or combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preferences might affect fullbeauty Shopper’s Club eligibility.
Additional charges and/or limitations may apply to products returned without the provided pre-printed return label. Eligible merchandise returned without using the pre-printed return label will be reimbursed based on our estimate of the applicable return fees.
General membership limitations also apply. fullbeauty reserves the right to accept or refuse membership at its sole discretion. The fullbeauty Shopper’s Club membership is for member’s individual and personal use only and may not be used for any commercial or resale. Membership and benefits may not be assigned or transferred.

The annual membership fee for fullbeauty Shopper’s Club is currently $19.00, but is subject to change in fullbeauty’ discretion. This fee is non-refundable except as provided below. Taxes may apply on either or both of the membership fee and the reduced shipping charges.
Approved credit cards are the only acceptable payment method for your fullbeauty Shopper’s Club membership. We do not accept debit, check or ATM cards at this time.
When you sign up for the fullbeauty Shopper’s Club, your membership will automatically renew after one full calendar year and each subsequent year thereafter. Before your membership renews, we will send you an email notice of the renewal date using the email on file. When your membership auto-renews, the membership fee will be applied to the card provided at the time you signed up or last renewed unless that card is no longer valid. If the card is no longer valid, we will try another approved payment method provided by you in your customer account. If we are unable to successfully renew your membership, we will notify you of the problem and request a substitute payment method.

If you cancel your fullbeauty Shopper’s Club membership during the membership term and before making any eligible purchases on your account, we will refund the full membership fee. If you have used your membership to make eligible purchases and would like to cancel during the membership term, your refund will be adjusted. The amount refunded will be your membership fee less any savings enjoyed on eligible shipments. Savings will be our regular shipping and handling fee (including regular return fees) less the fullbeauty Shopper’s Club shipping fee.
We may terminate the fullbeauty Shopper’s Club program or your membership in fullbeauty Shopper’s Club at our discretion without notice to you. If we terminate the program or any individual membership, we will provide a partial refund based on the number of full months remaining in the membership, unless, in our sole discretion, we terminated the membership for a violation of these Terms.
Refunds will be applied to the credit card used to sign up for the fullbeauty Shopper’s Club membership.
SHOULD WE CHANGE THE MEMBERSHIP TERMS YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP.

fullbeauty Shopper’s Club shipping benefits are for products sold on the fullbeauty.com or onestopplus.com website. Available inventory, order deadlines, and shipping address, may limit or disqualify merchandise from eligibility to receive fullbeauty Shopper’s club benefits. Certain purchases may not be entitled to fullbeauty Shopper’s Club shipping benefits because of their size, weight, and other shipping characteristics.

fullbeauty Shopper’s Club pricing is applicable to eligible shipments in the continental U.S. and APO/FPO addresses with U.S. zip codes. Members are not limited to shipping eligible purchases exclusively to their home billing address. However, the charge is $2.99 per destination, not per order. If your order contains one or more eligible items to be shipped to one location and one or more eligible items to be shipped to a different location, you would be charged $5.98. Certain addresses such as P.O. Boxes are excluded from delivery services because our express carriers are unable to ship to these addresses.

  • This program is not available for customers who purchase products for the purpose of resale.
  • Customers shipping by any method other than standard shipping will not receive a discount.
  • fullbeauty Shopper’s Club does not include international shipping, nor is it available to our international customers at this time.
